All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.
You can email your photos/info to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. We will work with the shipping service to pick the piece back up for insurance purposes. If you select a different item than we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 – 10 business days. If a replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10 – 45 business days, based on the scenario.
There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
